Signature Viceroy rebranded in May 2010, with one aim, to become the finest Indian restaurant in the South West. We have redefined Indian cuisine as we know it and taken it to another level. We have been overwhelmed by the wonderful reaction and feedback from our customers in Yeovil and the surrounding areas of Somerset and Dorset.

With many years of experience and a wealth of knowledge for Indian cuisine and beverage, we are proud of our cuisine that celebrates the unique regions of both North and South India. Our Chef Mamrej Khan has created an entirely new menu for the restaurant adding his own fusion style.
